6. Delivery Information and Failed Deliveries

Additional delivery charges may apply where a redelivery is necessary because the customer supplied incorrect information or failed to follow the courier's collection instructions, provided such charges are lawful and communicated appropriately. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or could not be delivered, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options. Any refund, redelivery or deduction of costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

At Sanctuary of Scent, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. We ask that customers choose their fragrances carefully before ordering.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about a fragrance, please contact us before returning the product. Returns of correctly supplied fragrances may be subject to applicable legal requirements, the condition of the product and any valid hygiene or product-specific restrictions. Because fragrances are personal-use products, opened, used or unsealed items may not qualify for a change-of-mind return where a lawful restriction applies.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Sanctuary of Scent cannot guarantee that a fragrance will be suitable for every individual. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under applicable law for defective, unsafe or incorrectly described products.
